Sierra Stoliar is a Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) alumnus. She studied Costume Design and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts with Summa Cum Laude honors. She is a multifaceted designer that has experience in screen, stage, and commercials. She strives to create wearable subtext that animates a character’s psychology through collaboration, historical costume research and the unification of thread and fabric. She pushes to design meticulous costumes that evoke truthfulness, relatability, and vulnerability between character and audience. Sierra also works as a Costume PA, stitcher, first hand, costumer, and dresser.

Sierra is currently working as a Costume PA in Atlanta, GA. She is also working as an intern for Emmy Award winning Costume Designer Janie Bryant (Mad Men, 1923, 1883, Deadwood, Why Women Kill).
